As the Director and Founder of Corran Consulting Ltd since August 2015, Kate provides coaching services aimed at helping clients overcome challenges. Kate holds a position as a Senior Consultant at NFP, an Aon company, and serves as an Executive Coach at Ceresa, Leadership Coach at Fieri, and Associate Facilitator and Coach at You Collective. Kate's background includes significant military service as a Major in the Royal Artillery, where responsibilities encompassed leadership, training, and operational deployments. Additionally, Kate gained professional experience at IBM as an executive assistant and holds a Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Oxford.
