Sarah Turner is the CEO and Founder of Bloom People Limited, where Sarah has worked since January 2012, specializing as an Executive and Parental Transition Coach. Additionally, Sarah serves as an Associate Tutor for the ICF Accredited Coach Training Programme at Barefoot Coaching Ltd and as an Associate Executive Coach with Hult Ashridge, The Oxford Group, and Heidrick & Struggles. Sarah co-hosts The Coaching Question Podcast and has held a part-time role as Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Grosvenor Britain and Ireland, focusing on Diversity and Inclusion strategies. Sarah's extensive background includes experience as an Associate Business Psychologist with Gatenby Sanderson and LHHPenna. Academically, Sarah holds a BSc in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, along with credentials from Hult Ashridge Executive Education and Coaches Training Institute.
