Parker McMullen Bushman has a diverse work experience in the field of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion. They co-founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Inclusive Journeys, where they aimed to create a world that is inclusive and free from structural oppression. Additionally, Parker worked at Ecoinclusive, providing training and resources to non-profits and organizations to build culturally diverse and competent staff. They also served as the Vice President of Community Engagement, Education, and Inclusion at Butterfly Pavilion, where they implemented inclusion and equity strategies. Parker's experience includes being the Director of Education at Chincoteague Bay Field Station, where they oversaw the development of educational programs. They also acted as the Toyota TogetherGreen Conservation Fellow at the National Audubon Society, working on environmental education and conservation projects. Additionally, Parker contributed to the National Audubon Society as a Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity eePro Group Webpage Moderator. Currently, they are the CSU Director of Extension at the City and County of Denver, facilitating community engagement through research-based programming.
Parker McMullen Bushman has a bachelor's degree in anthropology and sociology from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained from 2005 to 2007. Parker then pursued a master's degree in environmental education and interpretation from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014.
In addition to their formal education, Parker McMullen Bushman has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became a certified instructor for Project Learning Tree and Project WET. In 2013, they obtained the WOW - The Wonders of Wetlands certification. Parker also obtained the Project WILD certification in 2013 and the Flying WILD certification in 2015. Moreover, they obtained the Certified Interpretive Guide certification from the National Association for Interpretation in 2012 and became a Certified Interpretive Trainer in 2014. Lastly, in 2014, Parker McMullen Bushman obtained their First Aid, CPR, AED Instructor certification from the American Red Cross.

Inclusive Guide
Inclusive Guide is a user review website created by two Black women with a mission to create data-driven, economic incentives for businesses to be more inclusive and welcoming, resulting in safer spaces for people of marginalized identities. The Inclusive Guide is a digital platform where individual users can rate businesses and spaces on their customer service experience corresponding to the users’ specific identities (race, ability, gender, etc). Gathering this data will allow users to plan their travels and conduct business with peace of mind, provide businesses with the incentive and resources to recruit and retain a diverse customer base, and inform policy at the highest levels.
