Denise Smith

Denise Smith is currently a Board Member at Inclusivv. Prior to that, they were the CEO (Chief Empathy Officer) at #BiasCorrect for 4 months. Denise has also worked as the Senior Director, Product Management - Enterprise Technology Corporate Solutions at Cox Automotive Inc. for 2 years 9 months. There, they were in charge of Direct strategic development of a People Solutions and Legal vision and strategy. Denise also oversaw implementation of a multi-year Enterprise Technology plan and coordinated between cross-functional teams and Cox Enteprises (CEI).

Before joining Cox Automotive Inc., Denise worked at EY for 6 years 7 months, where they held various positions such as HR Systems Service Centre, Core HR, ServiceNow, People Data and Reporting Portfolio Leader, Senior Project Manager - Information Technology Service Delivery Group. During their time at EY, they were responsible for leading contributions to a multi-phase initiative for the implementation of SAP’s SuccessFactors HCM. Denise also managed execution of new common global shared service processes and tools aligned with the global gateway for total rewards and an employee recognition program.

Denise Smith has a Bachelor of Science from Spelman College in Chemistry from 1995-1999. Denise also has a certificate in Global Business from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications from 2014-2014. In addition, Denise Smith is a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
