inCode Completes Management Buyout From VeriSign.

ATLANTA, GA Nov. 6, 2008 inCode, Inc. announced that it has completed a management buyout from its previous owner, VeriSign, Inc., and the management team of inCode will assume full ownership and control of inCode. 

As a result of the management buyout from VeriSign, inCode emerges as an independent consultancy that will continue to be a leading provider of advisory, integration, and deployment services in the areas of telecommunications strategy and technology, and enterprise mobility applications. 

inCode will continue to support all of its current lines of consulting services that have come to be highly respected throughout the industry. The inCode brand will likewise continue to be the same.
