Franklin Fite

Franklin Fite is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare and software development. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer of AuthenticID at Incode since August 2025, Franklin previously held the same title at AuthenticID, driving AI-based solutions to combat identity fraud for major corporations. Prior roles include Vice President and Strategic Advisor at Henry Schein One, where Franklin led big data initiatives and served as the first global CTO. Franklin also contributed significantly to Sesame Communications, first as CTO and later as General Manager, overseeing the company’s growth and successful sale. Earlier experiences include founding and leading teams at Microsoft for Windows CE and overseeing major projects during an antitrust case, as well as leadership positions at Nimble Technology and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Franklin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
