Shannon Johnson

Shannon Johnson is a Technical Specialist/Process Engineer at Incoe since January 2006, focusing on providing on-site technical support and training while conducting R&D for Hot Runner Systems in plastic injection molding. Prior experience includes serving as a Process Development Engineer at Freudenberg-NOK from February 2002 to December 2005, specializing in the manufacturing of Fuel Cells with an emphasis on Liquid Silicone Injection molding and overmolding processes. Additionally, Shannon held the position of Plant Manager/Process Engineer at PMR Silicones from September 1999 to December 2001, overseeing the design, set-up, and operation of HCR and LSR injection molding processes, particularly utilizing cold deck technology from Austria. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University between 1990 and 1995.
