Rahul Rai

Rahul Rai is an experienced investment professional with a strong focus on private equity growth investments in the agri-food value chain and financial services in India. Currently serving as Partner at Incofin Investment Management since February 2019, Rahul has a background as a founding team member of Rabo Equity Advisors, where a food and agri-focused private equity business was established. Early in their career, Rahul held various roles at Rabo India Finance Private Limited, where responsibilities included managing innovative financial products for the renewable energy sector. Experience also extends to internal auditing at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and training as an Audit Assistant at Mohindra & Associates. Academic credentials include a Senior Executive Leadership Programme from Harvard Business School, a Chartered Accountancy designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a BA in Economics from Delhi University, and specialized courses in valuations and private equity.
