Alex Haig

Alex serves as VP of Operations at INCOG. with over 20 years of industry experience ranging from drug substance to drug product operations, providing strong leadership in manufacturing, engineering, project management, and commercialization.

Alex led the design and construction of INCOG’s new state-of-the-art facility and currently leading the manufacturing and packaging operations for the site. He previously served as the Global Director of Engineering and Process Technologies at Catalent Biologics, where he spearheaded Operation Warp Speed preparation to commission and start up a new sterile fill-finish capacity to handle the production of hundreds of millions of COVID-19 vaccine doses. Prior to joining Catalent, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Cook Pharmica, MedImmune, and Eli Lilly and Company.

Alex is a graduate of Drexel University where he earned his BS in mechanical engineering and a six-sigma black belt certification from Villanova University.
