James Buhl

James Buhl has 20 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing fields. James began their career in 1985 as an Electrical Technician/Instructor for the US Navy. In 1991, they joined General Physics as a Technical Consultant - Manufacturing. In 2002, they joined Eli Lilly and Company as an Associate Engineering Consultant - Automation. James was promoted to Senior Process Automation Engineer in 2004 and Principal Engineer - Process/Automation in 2008. During their time at Eli Lilly, they were also certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. In 2022, they joined INCOG BioPharma Services as a Senior Process Automation Engineer.

James Buhl has a diverse educational background. James attended Electrician's Mate 'A' School in 1985, the U.S. Naval Nuclear Power Program from 1986 to 1987, Oakland Community College from 1991 to 1997 where they earned an Associate of Science in Robotics/Automated Technology, Excelsior University from 1991 to 2002 where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Technology, and Capella University from 2000 to 2003 where they earned a Master's in Science - Education/Online Learning.
