Tedd Green

COO & Co-Founder at INCOG BioPharma

Tedd co-founded INCOG and serves as Chief Operating Officer. He brings over 20 years of life sciences industry experience and is an accomplished leader in the biopharmaceutical services industry. While President of Cook Pharmica, Tedd led the company from a small start-up to a globally recognized leader in the industry. Over a twelve-year period with a very talented team, Cook Pharmica grew to 800 people strong serving a majority of the world’s top biotech and pharmaceutical companies. Under Tedd’s leadership, Cook Pharmica supported hundreds of clinical phase programs and successfully obtained commercial regulatory approval for over a dozen products from various global regulatory agencies. After the successful sale of Cook Pharmica to Catalent, Tedd served as Senior Vice President of Catalent Biologics and a member of the Catalent Executive Leadership Team.

Tedd is a current and founding board member of the Pharma and Biopharma Outsourcing Association (PBOA) and an independent board member of Genezen, a viral vector CDMO. Throughout his career, he has served as a volunteer, advisor, and board member for numerous not-for-profit organizations helping to strengthen the communities he’s called home.
