Johan Cronje is currently the Head of Hardware Engineering at Incomar, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Johan gained extensive experience at SAAB Grintek Defence from 2012 to 2019, where they served as Electronic Design Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Electronic Engineer. Johan began their career as an Electronic Engineer at Telkom Laboratories from 1999 to 2008 and later worked as an Electronic Engineer at Nanoteq from 2008 to 2011.
