Allysen Mattison

Allysen Mattison, CFA, serves as the Director of Investment Risk and Vice Chair of the Investment Committee at Income Research + Management since June 2009. Mattison leads the Investment Risk function, focusing on deliberate risk management across investment strategies to promote outperformance while minimizing undesired exposures. Prior roles at Income Research + Management include Principal and SVP of Senior Investment Risk Analyst, alongside membership on various committees including the Investment and Investment Governance Committees. Previously, Mattison worked at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, advancing through positions from Analyst in Debt Capital Markets to Associate in High Grade Credit Sales. Mattison holds a BA in Quantitative Economics with a Math minor from Tufts University.
