Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the design field. Currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale previously worked as Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, focusing on advancing health and human services. Prior experience includes serving as Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where health insurance was reimagined, and as a Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. Ale also operated a freelance design practice for over six years, aiding early-stage companies in crafting exceptional brand experiences. Co-founding The Handsome Pig involved developing product concepts and business strategies. Notable design work at Rehilete Estudio Creativo included collaborations with major clients such as Universal Music Group and Starbucks. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
