Tine Ravnikar

Tine Ravnikar is an experienced information technology manager with a strong focus on digital transformation and strategic IT planning. Currently, Tine serves as the Information Technology Manager at Incom LEONE, leading the company’s IT strategy and driving digitalization initiatives to transition towards a SmartFactory. Tine has extensive experience in project management, budgeting for IT departments, and implementing various software solutions, including ERP, BI, and MES systems. Previously, Tine was the Business Systems Manager at Titus Group, managing significant projects such as Office 365 implementation, B2B and B2C eCommerce platform development, and ERP deployment in China. Tine also holds a Master's Degree in Graphic and Interactive Communications from the University of Ljubljana and has worked in roles including Project Manager at Kladvo and VP of Marketing at Happiness & Curiosity Research Inc.
