Jenna Gjertsen

Jenna Gjertsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jenna began their career as a Regional Project Supervisor at Strategic Merchandising Partners, Inc., where they supervised a team and managed key retail accounts. Jenna then joined Jeva Technologies as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for product design and marketing strategies. Jenna later worked at HSN as an Associate Product Manager and eventually became a Product Manager. In these roles, they focused on enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth through site enhancements and product functionality.

Jenna then joined American Express, where they held multiple roles. As the Senior Manager of Product Management, they led the customer onboarding product strategy and championed the transition to an agile delivery methodology. Jenna later became the Director of Digital User Experience, responsible for the customer experience strategy for digital prepaid products. Prior to their current role at InComm Payments as a Sr. Director of Product Delivery, Jenna was the Director of Product Delivery & Integration at American Express, overseeing release engineering, quality assurance, and end-to-end delivery management.

In their current position at InComm Payments as a Vice President of IT Product Development, Jenna leads the shared services of the Serve Platform and has expanded responsibilities to include QA for the IAS Platform of IC South. Jenna oversees solutions architecture, end-to-end delivery management, and drives technology solutions that solve customer pain-points. Jenna liaises between the business, product, and technology organizations, helping define requirements and drive efficient product and technology wins.

Jenna Gjertsen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
