Rich Lucas

Rich Lucas is an experienced retail executive with a strong background in the financial services and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as Retail Director for InComm Payments since October 2017, Rich oversees sales and strategy across the UK, ROI, and Benelux regions. Prior to this role, Rich was National Account Controller at InComm Europe Limited, managing a significant portfolio of merchants. Experience also includes a tenure as Business Development Manager at Ceridian Stored Value Solutions, where Rich generated over £2 million in new business revenue. Earlier roles include Sales/Account Manager at L'Oréal, achieving substantial annual turnover, and Store Manager at O2 UK, where Rich led a team to achieve a 19% year-on-year revenue growth.
