Sanjeev Srivastav

Sanjeev Srivastav has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Sanjeev is currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer for Zenda Financial, an InComm Payments Company, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of VP of Customer & Partner Success at Zenda Financial, Inc. from 2021 to 2023.

In 2020, Sanjeev worked as a Software Product & Operations Consultant. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Services at eightfold.ai from 2019 to 2020.

From 2016 to 2019, Sanjeev held multiple roles at Persistent Systems, including SVP, General Manager of IoT & Industrial Systems, SVP overseeing IoT solutions, and GM of Data & Machine Learning. During their time at Persistent Systems, they focused on IoT applications in industrial automation, human-machine interaction, and AI, as well as developing ALM and PLM applications.

Prior to that, Sanjeev worked as the VP of Strategy at Apigee from 2013 to 2016. Sanjeev also held the position of VP of Customer Success & Operations at InsightsOne in 2013, which was acquired by Apigee.

Additionally, Sanjeev served as the Chief Operating Officer at Lavante, Inc. from 2011 to 2012, providing strategic direction for their recovery audit and supplier management platform. Sanjeev also worked as the VP of Operations & Technology at both HP Autonomy and Iron Mountain, where they oversaw various operations and technology management responsibilities in the field of unstructured data management services.

Sanjeev Srivastav earned a Ph.D. in Engineering/CS from Cornell University (1986-1991). Before that, they obtained a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (1984-1986) and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (1979-1984). Sanjeev completed their high school education at St. Gabriel's Academy, Roorkee. In addition to their formal education, Sanjeev has obtained several certifications in various subjects, such as Google Analytics, IoT Foundations, Industrial Automation, Marketing Tools, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, People Analytics, and Sales.
