Graeme Scott

Graeme joined Incommunities from Trafford Housing Trust in April 2022 where he most recently led the development team in their ambitions to deliver 600 homes per year.

Graeme has worked on several joint development ventures to tackle to the housing crisis, including one the largest developments of affordable homes in Manchester city centre for years. He is passionate about creating places where people choose to live, whilst offering high-quality customer service.
