Thomas Spring is a non-profit general counsel currently serving as Chief Counsel at InCommunity since 2025, where they apply their expertise in commercial litigation and compliance. With a robust legal background that includes roles at Eversheds Sutherland and the U.S. Courts of Appeals, they have engaged in diverse pretrial, trial, and appellate matters. Thomas has previously held positions as a Judicial Law Clerk and Law Clerk, where they provided crucial support in legal research and preparatory tasks. They earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) magna cum laude from Notre Dame Law School and hold a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Notre Dame.
