Todd Culver

Todd Culver serves as the President and CEO of Incompass Michigan, a statewide network of human service providers, since January 2015, where leadership is provided in program development, strategic initiatives, and financial planning. Additionally, Culver holds the position of Fund Administrator for the Incompass Michigan Workers' Compensation Fund, overseeing the self-insured group fund and ensuring high customer service levels. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director at MARO, focusing on professional development programs and member services, and as Project Director at the MARO Employment and Training Association, managing grant-funded training projects and curriculum development. Todd Culver holds a Public Leadership Credential from Harvard Kennedy School and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan.
