Quinty Koelman

Quinty Koelman currently serves as the Head of Business Operations at IncoNed since November 2019, leading a team focused on planning, data-driven decision-making, and process optimization to ensure high-quality reporting and strategic alignment. Since September 2024, Quinty also holds the position of Teamlead Business Control, overseeing daily operations and providing consultation to the management team on strategic control issues. Previous roles include various positions at IncoNed Bouw, IncoNed Infra, and IncoNed Groen, as well as experience as a Financial Services professional at FOX. Quinty's academic background includes a Master of Science in Quantitative Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business, both obtained from the University of Amsterdam.
