Ahmed Tarek

Ahmed Tarek has a wealth of experience in the data analytics and IT fields. Ahmed began their career in 2008 as an IT Instructor at Net-Skill, where they taught six courses and developed over 500 students. In 2011, they worked as a Network Engineer (Summer Intern) at D-Link, where they built complete networks and configured network elements. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Vodafone Egypt as a Data Analyst and Senior Data Analyst for Customer Experience Analytics. During this time, they analyzed and monitored running services' behavior, provided end to end customer experience insights, and made recommendations to stakeholders. In 2016, they joined Ghabbour Auto as a Customer Analytics Executive, where they worked with multiple data sets to prepare, cleanse, and manipulate data. In 2018, they became a Sales Engineering Manager and Senior Sales Engineer for Data Analytics and BI at Incorta.

Ahmed Tarek received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cairo University between 2008 and 2012. Ahmed then went on to obtain a Diploma in Big Data and Data Science from Nile University - NU between 2015 and 2016. Ahmed also holds various certifications, including Great Demo from The DemoScene obtained in May 2022, Data Science and Analytics Career Paths and Certifications: First Steps from LinkedIn obtained in November 2017, Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn obtained in November 2017, Cleaning Data in R from DataCamp obtained in March 2017, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates obtained in July 2016, Incorta 4 Essentials for Business Users and Analysts from Incorta obtained in April 2020, and Marketing Research Fundamentals from Lynda.com.
