Mahmoud Ragab

Mahmoud Ragab has a wealth of experience in the IT and marketing fields. Mahmoud began their career in 2010 as a Sales Agent for RadioShack Egypt and a Marketing Research Specialist for Nielsen. Mahmoud then joined BADR in 2011 as a Network Specialist and Office Manager. In 2019, they moved to Incorta, where they currently serve as an IT Operations Manager and Network Administrator.

Mahmoud Ragab obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Alexandria University in 2009, majoring in Business Administration. Mahmoud then obtained a Google IT Support Certificate from Coursera in May 2021, followed by an Okta Certified Professional certification from Okta in January 2022.
