Mohamed Ghayaty began their career in 2012 as a UNIX Systems Student at the Information Technology Institute (ITI). In this role, they were responsible for administering UNIX systems, UNIX-like systems, and Oracle databases. Mohamed also developed programs in C, C++, J2SE, and C using system calls and sockets, and wrote scripts in shell script, Perl, and Python to help with administration tasks. Mohamed also had a full understanding of software engineering, virtualization concepts, middleware, Sun Cluster, Real Application Cluster, and storage fundamentals.

In 2013, Mohamed Ghayaty joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Enterprise Applications Engineer. Mohamed held various roles in this position, including Enterprise Applications Engineer (Vodafone Italy), Enterprise Applications Engineer (E-Business Suite), Onsite Engineer, Enterprise Application Engineer (HP Monitoring Applications), Enterprise Applications Engineer (Automation to Cloud Project), and Applications Support Engineer (DevOps Internal Project). Mohamed was also the Enterprise Applications Engineer (Linux Mail Server Administrator). In these roles, they supported the latest versions of Oracle E-Business Suite applications on Linux platforms, troubleshot issues to satisfy ITIL process and customer agreed SLAs, developed Linux shell scripts and Windows batch scripts, and participated in creating a full repository of scripts for the HP Codar and HP Operations Orchestration applications.

In 2016, Mohamed Ghayaty joined Incorta as a DevOps Engineer. In this role, they provisioned Linux/Windows Cloud environments for company customers using Amazon web services, Google Cloud, and iWeb. Mohamed also installed and administrated Incorta BI tool, implemented, tested, and integrated with Incorta big data tools such as Presto, Drill, Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.

Mohamed Ghayaty obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems at Suez Canal University between 2007 and 2012. Mohamed also attended Suez Canal Private School Port-Said. Additionally, they hold a DevOps Essentials certification from LinuxAcademy.com.
