Muhammad Elkharashy has worked in various roles since 2007. Muhammad started out as a Software Engineer at Gps Experts in 2007. In the same year, they became a Business Development Manager and Co-Founder/CEO at BADR. In their role as Co-Founder/CEO, they built the company mission, vision and strategy plan, and grew the headcount 6x times. In their role as Business Development Manager, they helped the top management in daily operations execution and handled interactions with new clients. In their role as Executive Board Member, they established the company policies and objectives, elected, monitored, evaluated and compensated top managers, and monitored and discussed the company financial conditions. The company was later acquired by Incorta. In 2019, they joined Incorta as VP of Sales, ME & E Europe - Managing & Sales Director, and ME - Managing Director. In their role as ME - Managing Director, they revamped the Middle East commercial team and achieved outstanding results, such as overachieving the new logos region target by 120%, overachieving the region sales target by 130%, and growing the Middle East annual recurring revenue by 106%. Muhammad also served as Operations Director, where they managed the legal activities to setup Incorta Egypt and UAE branches, built and managed people operations team, developed the infrastructure capacity, and increased the headcount from 120+ to 200+ (67%+ growth).

Muhammad Elkharashy has an extensive education history. Muhammad obtained a Master's degree in EMBA from Nile University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a BS in Computer & System Engineering from Alexandria University between 2002 and 2007. In 2010 and 2011, they obtained a Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from Notting Hill Collage. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications from various institutions, including Harvard Business School, LinkedIn, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, DataCamp, and Coursera.
