Rasha Mahran has worked in the software industry since 2013. Rasha began their career at Upland Software as a Senior PS Consultant, where they were responsible for building customized complex reports and integrating Upland with other systems. In 2016, they joined GCS as a Senior Database Developer on the Nissan Support Team GCSSD Egypt. In 2017, they moved to Incorta, where they held the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they oversaw the day-to-day operations of customer support and worked closely with the support team to ensure they had the resources needed to perform their duties efficiently. Rasha was later promoted to Customer Support Team Lead.
Rasha Mahran obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Zagazig University between 1998 and 2003. Rasha has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Product Management Tips, Product Management: Building a Product Strategy, Technical Product Management, Product Management First Steps, Transitioning to Product Management, and Management Foundations, between 2021 and 2022.
