Samar Ismail

Samar Ismail has had an extensive career in Human Resources, beginning with a role as an International Account Advisor at Vodafone in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Go-Partners, where they served as a Recruitment Specialist and Talent Acquisition Lead. In 2017, they joined fetchr as an HR Executive and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, they have been working as a Senior HR Specialist at Incorta since 2019, responsible for general HR administration and the strategic deployment of the entity. Theirroles have included participating in candidate assessments, onboarding, resource management, performance management, compensation decision support, training, offboarding, and special projects, as well as preparing and updating employment records.

Samar Ismail has an education history that includes a Human Resources Management Diploma from AUC - School of Continuing Education (2017-2018), a Mini MBA from Cairo University (2013-2014), and a Bachelor's degree in English Commerce from Cairo University (2007-2011).
