Most construction business owners are dealing with the same three problems. The phone isn't ringing enough. The work isn't as profitable as it should be. And finding reliable trades feels impossible.

We built Increase Construction to fix all three.

We work with contractors, builders, and trade-based businesses across Australia, from metro to regional and rural. Our three core services cover the full picture: BuildAbility, our consulting system for winning more work and quoting for better margins; permanent recruitment at a fixed fee with no 15% agency commissions; and contractor procurement, connecting businesses with pre-vetted trades when they need them fast.

BuildAbility is where most clients start. It's a structured consulting system that helps construction business owners get found, win better jobs, and stop leaving money on the table. It covers everything from digital visibility and quoting to capability statements and sales process.

On the recruitment side, we place people into construction businesses nationally. Residential, commercial, insurance construction, and traffic management roles. We find the right people so you're not doing it yourself.

Our contractor procurement network gives businesses access to pre-vetted trades across Australia, including storm-zone and regional coverage where finding anyone reliable is a real problem.

The business was founded by Drew Grosskreutz, a construction business consultant with hands-on experience in the industry. Our team operates nationally and works with clients at every stage of growth.

If your business needs more work, better margins, or reliable people, we can help.
