Yossi Massafi

Yossi Massafi has held various leadership roles in the customer success and support industry. Yossi served as the Vice President of Customer Success at Incredibuild, Advisor at Journeyz, and Vice President of Customer Care at Kaltura. Prior to that, they were the CCO (Chief Customer Officer) at Comeet. Yossi also worked at Vidyo Inc. as the Senior Vice President of Worldwide Customer Services and Operation, and at Magal Security Systems as the General Manager of the Dreambox Division USA. Yossi'scareer started at NICE Systems Inc. as the Director of Customer Services.

Yossi Massafi holds a B.Sc in Aerospace Engineering from Israel Technion. Yossi also obtained an MBA in Financing & Marketing from Tel Aviv University.
