Most organizations struggle to deliver digital products. Not because they don’t know how to define and build products, but because the process of delivering products is an inherently human process.

Much of the work is not systems development or software delivery. It involves people handling uncertainty – from continually changing requirements to uncertain or overloaded capacity – creating dependencies and delays. Research shows that 58-60% of the workday goes to project coordination, not the skilled work people were hired to do. That's a delivery pipeline running well below its potential before AI even enters the picture.

And that's the problem: most AI initiatives land on organizations that aren't ready for them. BCG's research across 59 countries found that 70% of AI implementation challenges are people and process problems, not technology problems. The organizations seeing returns from AI aren't the ones with the best models – they're the ones whose delivery foundations were solid enough to absorb the change.

IncrementOne works with product and technology leaders in financial services, retail, manufacturing, and the public sector to fix that. We assess delivery performance, deliver customized and accredited training, and guide product teams to create a delivery process that flows smoothly, providing the organizational capability AI adoption requires.

The goal is smooth regular delivery, that connects with people.
