Moti Tal

Moti Tal has worked at a variety of companies since 2004. In 2004, they were a Team Leader at Coridan, where the company's IP was sold to BEA Systems. Later that year, they became a Senior Software Engineer at Traiana, where they developed FX solutions for a major bank in the USA. In 2006, they joined Expand Networks as Director of R&D and was involved in designing and developing the company's WAN optimization management/control layer and Centralized Management System. In 2010, they became an Entrepreneur and was involved in two ventures. In 2011, they joined Inneractive as CTO & VP R&D, where they were responsible for creating and implementing the company's technology strategy. In 2014, they became Managing Director and CTO of GameGenetics. In 2015, they co-founded Simplaex and Rivr. In 2018, they became a Mentor at APX. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded INCRMNTAL, a software company offering an incrementality measurement platform for Advertiser.

Moti Tal attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained an Executive MBA Finance (EMBAF) degree in Financial Engineering & Banking. Moti then attended Netanya Academic College from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BA in Computer Science.
