Paul Joy is an experienced Lead Engineer at Incture, having held various roles since June 2020, including Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Currently, Paul is leading a team of developers on the NTUC: Fairprice project, Singapore's largest supermarket chain. Previous projects include proof of concepts for Azure chatbot integration and contributions to NTUC: Fairprice from January to June 2023, as well as work as an Associate Software Engineer on Node-related tasks from February to December 2022. Paul began a career with a trainee position focused on a Work Order Management POC, involving Java application development and SAP HANA DB integration. Prior experience includes an internship at Kochi Metro Rail Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed UI development for a management portal. Paul holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Engineering from Rajagiri School of Engineering and Technology, completed in 2020.
