Joined Accenture in 1994 and engaged in projects such as new business planning, pricing strategy, and organizational reform. Joined Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Office in 1998, engaged in large-scale M & A and other corporate legal matters.

Founded AZX Professionals Group in 2001 to specialize in supporting entrepreneurs and venture companies, and became CEO of the partner. Provides One Stop Service for legal affairs, tax accounting, patent trademarks, labor, etc.

Graduated from Faculty of Law, University of Tokyo.
