Yuta Shimohara

Born in Hiroshima Prefecture.

He majored in corporate finance (especially cross-border M & A) at Hitotsubashi University's Faculty of Commerce and Management, and studied abroad at the University of Hawaii's Shidler School of Business in his junior and senior years. He was the vice captain. of the Hitotsubashi University Kendo Club.

In 2021, he joined the Incubate Fund.

Engaged in finding new investment targets as a business development analyst.
