Positioned strategically in the 127,000 square foot Hamilton County Business Development Center on Chattanooga’s NorthShore, our comprehensive three-year program is designed to foster progressive entrepreneurial success through three critical pillars:

We guide businesses in setting long-term goals and crafting strategic plans that ensure growth and scalability. This foundational step includes financial management and funding strategies to enhance financial literacy and access to diverse funding options, stabilizing and expanding operations.
2. Market Development and Operational Efficiency
We implement advanced marketing strategies and sales techniques to broaden market reach and increase revenue. Simultaneously, we focus on streamlining operations to bolster growth, incorporating technology, and improving supply chain management to ensure businesses run efficiently.
3. Leadership and Team Development
We develop key leadership qualities and team dynamics essential for scaling businesses and creating a supportive workplace culture. This pillar ensures that as businesses grow, they maintain strong leadership and a cohesive team, which are crucial for sustainable success.

We help entrepreneurs achieve success through a three-year, progressive development program that capitalizes on the synergy of the BDC’s unique entrepreneurial ecosystem made up of about 50 startups businesses. We provide clients with shared administrative services, manufacturing and office space, training workshops, use of our state-of-the-art Technology Conference Center and access to free onsite business counseling from the Tennessee Small Business Development Center.
