Mateusz Bielecki is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate performance management and technology. As the CEO and Co-founder of Incube CPM, since March 2008, Bielecki leads a consultancy that specializes in providing management information and decision support systems to large organizations across Poland, Europe, and globally. Additionally, Bielecki co-founded Qalcwise in September 2014, a rapidly growing SaaS platform that enables no-code application development for custom business needs. Previous experience includes roles as MIS Manager at Polbank EFG, Financial Analyst at POLCARD SA and ECE Projektmanagement, and various analytical positions at ExxonMobil and Shell Chemicals. Bielecki holds a Bachelor of Finance with a focus on Managerial Accounting from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2001.
