Al Young

Al Young has a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, with experience dating back to 2005. Al currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at InCube Labs since June 2019. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Xoft, Inc. from July 2013 to 2019. Al also worked as a Quality Engineering Manager at Covidien from March 2012 to July 2013. Before that, they were a Principal Quality Engineer at Solta Medical from June 2011 to March 2012. Al began their career at Medtronic, where they held various roles including Principal Quality/Reliability Engineer from June 2008 to June 2011 and Quality Engineer Manager from December 2005 to December 2006 at Medtronic Neurosurgery.

Al Young has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, although the start and end years are not specified. Additionally, they hold an Associate in Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from City College of San Francisco, again without specific dates. Al Young also has certifications as an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, obtained in December 2001, and an ASQ Certified Reliability Engineer, obtained in October 2002.
