Andy Cole is an experienced professional in the fields of conversion rate optimization and user experience design, currently serving as CRO / UX Manager at Incubeta since September 2025. Previously, Andy held multiple roles at AllClear, including International Markets Lead and CRO Manager, and worked as a UX Consultant at AJC Web. Significant experience also includes a tenure as Senior Design and Optimisation Manager at Ann Summers and Design & UX Manager at Pro-G Media. Earlier roles featured work as a Senior Front-end Web Developer at Markco Media and Senior Web Developer at Goldshield, as well as freelance web design consulting. Andy possesses expertise in UI/UX design, multivariate testing, information architecture, graphic design, and web development.
