Candice Swartzentruber

Candice Swartzentruber currently serves as the Head of Project Management at Incubeta since November 2024. Prior to this role, Candice held the position of Director of Operations for Global Data Operations at Monks, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance project management processes in the North America Data Consulting practice. Earlier, Candice was the Director of Knowledge Management at Appficiency Inc., where the Knowledge Management division was established, along with a comprehensive strategy and team development. Additional experience includes Director of Application Engineering and Client Director roles at Appficiency Inc., and Director of Project Management at Cardinal Path, where project portfolios with significant annual value were managed. Candice began professional career at K2 Digital as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to digital marketing projects and mentoring project managers. Candice holds a Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Guelph.
