Tim Brock

Head of Community Development at IncuHive : Business Incubation, Investment & Collaboration

Tim Brock has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tim currently holds the position of Head of Community Development at IncuHive, where they are responsible for fostering collaboration and growth within the business incubation and investment community. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at UCR Group, focusing on innovation in energy, carbon, and materials conservation.

In 2019, Tim joined the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) as part of their Membership Development team, providing support and guidance to start-up and small business owners. Before joining FSB, Tim worked as a Freelance Consultant, undertaking various projects including FSB Membership development.

Tim's previous roles include working at The CLA, where they served as the Southern Sales Manager, leading a team and selling membership and related services. Tim also briefly held the position of Acting Regional Director and Deputy Regional Director at The CLA, managing operations, events, and advisory services for member businesses.

Earlier in their career, Tim worked as the General Manager at Hampshire Fare C.I.C, where they managed operations, membership, and events. Tim also held positions at SOYL as Regional Manager, responsible for sales and marketing, and at Crop Management Services Ltd as a Trainee Agronomist.

Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and management skills, with a focus on fostering collaboration and delivering value to businesses and members.

Tim Brock attended Pangbourne College from 1987 to 1991, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following that, they enrolled at Harper Adams University from 1991 to 1992, completing a Bachelor of Technology in Agricultural Business and Management. From 1992 to 1995, Tim Brock studied at the University of Reading and obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Agriculture.
