Mari Patel

Dr. Mari Patel joined Incyte in 2022 and is an industry expert in pathology services and leadership. She comes most recently from North Carolina, where she served as Systems Director of Anatomic Pathology. Dr. Patel is ASCP certified in both cytotechnology and histotechnology, and she has a master’s degree in health administration and a doctorate of management degree in organizational leadership.

Dr. Patel possesses exceptional abilities in integrating technological innovations, transforming workplace culture, and is passionate about developing future leaders. She has been recognized with various leadership awards throughout her career and for her publication, “The Role of Spiritual Leadership in Reducing Healthcare Worker Burnout.” She enjoys giving back to the community and has shared her expertise as an invited speaker at numerous conferences, colleges, and universities.
