Axelle Magne de la Croix

Axelle Magne de la Croix is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in technical operations and global functions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Incyte since April 2018, Axelle acts as a business partner for the Tech Ops department and a new manufacturing plant in Yverdon les Bains. Prior to this role, Axelle spent a decade at Celgene in various HR leadership positions, including Senior HR Manager and HR Business Partner for multiple departments across EMEA and the US, driving HR excellence. Axelle's earlier career includes a role as a Compensation & Benefits Officer at L'Oreal S.A. and a comprehensive background in HR functions. Academic qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in European Logistics Management from The University of Huddersfield and a DUT in Logistics from the Institute of Technology Aix en Provence.
