Cecilia Bröms

Cecilia Bröms serves as the Executive Director General Manager for Nordic Countries at Incyte since November 2025 and has held various leadership positions across a range of organizations. Currently, Cecilia is a member of the Board of Directors at Stardots, a co-founder of VILDA - Ledande kvinnor i Life Science, and the founder and CEO of StratLead. Previous roles include co-founding the ENTRI network, acting as General Manager for the Nordic Countries at Avanzanite Bioscience, and serving on the board of the Association of Life Science Incubators of Sweden (ALIS) as well as working as a Senior Business Developer at UIC - Uppsala Innovation Centre. Additionally, Cecilia was the Chief Executive Officer at FrostPharma AB and a board member at Järfälla MK AB. Cecilia's educational background includes studies at Karolinska Institutet from 1995 to 1998 and Akademi Båstad from 2005 to 2007.
