Christine Lennon

Christine Lennon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as General Manager and Board Member for Incyte Biosciences Canada since April 2020, Lennon oversees medical, regulatory, and commercial strategies in Canada. Prior roles include President & CEO at EPIGeNE Therapeutics Inc. and various leadership positions at Novartis, including Franchise Head for Solid Tumors and Rare Disorders, and Head of Policy & Reimbursement. With a strong background in business development at Neurochem Inc. and venture advising roles at both BDC and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Lennon has established a significant track record in market access strategy, stakeholder relations, and commercial development. Holding an MBA from McGill University and a corporate governance designation from the Rotman School of Management, Lennon combines scientific expertise with strategic acumen to drive organizational success.
