Gina Grillo

Gina Grillo, CEBS, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in benefits management and human resources, currently serving as Director of Benefits at Incyte since February 2021, following a role as Associate Director of Benefits. Prior to this, Gina held the position of Benefits Specialist at Incyte Corporation from February 2016. Previous roles include Manager of Service Center and Benefits at NFI, Benefits Manager at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and various positions at Comcast Cable, culminating as Manager of HRIS SAP Implementation. Gina's career began at Fiserv Securities as AVP of Human Resources and included a role as Business Analyst at Meritor Savings Bank. Gina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Temple University.
