Graeme Griffin

Graeme Griffin is an accomplished professional in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Executive Director and Head of Search & Evaluation at Incyte since May 2022. Prior to this role, Graeme held various positions at AbbVie, including Director of Search & Evaluation Oncology and Senior Director, Global Head of Search & Evaluation in Oncology from May 2015. Additionally, Graeme served as Director of Oncology Business Development at Astellas US LLC from January 2011 to April 2015, and gained foundational experience at OSI Pharmaceuticals, where roles included Associate Director of Business Development and Research Investigator from September 2001 to 2010. Graeme earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Aberdeen between 1992 and 1996.
