Jaclyn Minguez

Jaclyn Minguez, MS, currently serves as Sr. Director of Clinical Operations at Incyte, a position held since January 2015, with a track record of advancing through roles such as Director, Sr. Clinical Trial Head, Associate Director Clinical Trial Head, and Sr. Clinical Project Manager, focusing on the management and execution of clinical trials in alignment with industry standards and regulations. Prior to Incyte, Minguez was employed at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals from May 2007 to December 2014 as a Study Delivery Leader, overseeing the comprehensive delivery of clinical studies from design to reporting. Educational qualifications include a BS in Biology and Information Technology from Monmouth University, as well as an MS in Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
