Jon Dellaquila

Jon Dellaquila is an experienced compliance and quality assurance professional currently serving as the Executive Director and U.S. Compliance Lead at Incyte since February 2019. Previously, Dellaquila held the position of Director of Corporate Compliance at Amneal Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included serving as the primary compliance contact and leading investigations. Prior roles at Impax Laboratories and Shire Pharmaceuticals involved oversight of sales and marketing compliance, global monitoring programs, and developing training and policies. Dellaquila's career began as an Associate Scientist at Centocor Research and Development, ultimately obtaining a Master's degree in Cell Biology and Biotechnology from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Bachelor's degree in Physiology from the University of Maryland.
