Josh Cottom

Josh Cottom is a Senior Research Expert at Incyte since March 2024, with a robust background in oncology research accumulated over nearly two decades at Glaxosmithkline, where Cottom held the role of Investigator in the Oncology- Synthetic Lethality Research Unit and was responsible for developing assays and executing compound profiling campaigns. Prior experience includes contributions as Scientist II at Wyeth Research, where Cottom was involved in assay development and in vivo efficacy testing, and as Lab Technologist at Northwestern University, studying hormonal effects on signaling in granulosa cells. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Purdue University, obtained in 1994.
